Applications Include

  • Virtually any shape can be cut anywhere on the panel
  • Panel size can be up to 12x24 and up to 3/8 inch thick
  • Threading, counter boring or other similar operations can be done
This service is ideally suited to small runs of product ( 5 to 50 ) pieces or odd shaped or sized holes where it is not practical to punch the holes. Unlike punching, minor changes in your design can be immediately implemented at little or no additional cost. Computer controlled milling machines insure that all panels are identical, NC files are kept so future runs are the same as the original. Accuracy is typicaly +/- .003 inches. Use one layer with lines, points or arcs only. Do not create arcs as a chain of short line segments or points. When sending files provide the exact dimensions of several oblects in the drawing. By checking an object in the file against it's known size we correct any errors. This will help us to get it right the first time.

All deminsions must be in inches. If your file requires extensive reworking before it can be used we will contact you with an estimate of how much the extra time will cost.
